Project information sheet

The Project Information Sheet consists of:

• project type, scale and location,
• footprint of the property and a civil structure,
  the history of their use and vegetation cover of the property,
• type of technology,
• possible options of the project,
• predicted amount of the water use, materials, fuels and energy,
• solutions connected with environment protection,
• types and predicted amount of substances or energy introduced into environment while using solutions protecting environment,
• possible transgenic impact on environment,
• described area which is a subject to protection under the Act of 16 April 2004 on Nature Conservation,
  located within the significant impact of the project,
• certified copy of a cadastral map covering the projected area of the project realization and the area of the impact of the project,
• excerpt and a map extract from the local development plan,
  (if the procedure is carried out in front of the Regional Director of Environmental Protection),
• excerpt and a map extract from land registry.
